An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and dynamic individual to join the Social Policy group in the Justice branch as Executive Assistant at the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
As the Executive Assistant you will join the team supporting advice to the Premier on a range of emerging, high profile justice portfolio matters.
The core duties of the role are to provide executive support to Directors/Executive Directors and administrative/project support to DPC's Justice and Community Security and Emergency Management branches. Duties include providing high quality administrative and secretariat support (for Cabinet committee meetings for example), stakeholder liaison, management of correspondence and briefing processes, finance and other office support. The role will flexibly support branches across the Social Policy (SP) group as required.
To be successful in this position you will have a strong background in executive support, with demonstrated experience providing a broad range of services to executives and as part of team. You will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and be highly organised. Your ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure will ensure success in this fast-paced role.
