An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and motivated individual to join the Victorian Environmental Water Holder (VEWH) as the Executive Assistant.
The VEWH is an independent statutory body responsible for managing Victoria's environmental water entitlements, in cooperation with program partners, to improve the environmental health of rivers and wetlands.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high quality executive and administrative support, correspondence and record keeping, as well as administering policies, procedures and protocols.
Reporting to the Executive Manager - Governance, this role will suit someone with executive administration experience, proficiency with MS Office suite and an ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
This position will work in partnership (job share) with another Executive Assistant. The preferred days of work for the position is Wednesday to Friday, either two or three days.

This is a part time (0.4 to 0.6 FTE), fixed term position available for 12 months. The work location for this position is 8 Nicholson Street, East Melbourne with hybrid work arrangements available.
