Evaluation Officer
The Role
Reporting to the Senior Data and Evaluation Officer, the Evaluation Officer is a key role that supports the program lifecycle by tracking evaluations, developing monitoring and evaluation plans and coordinating data for measurement frameworks that effectively communicate the social, cultural and economic impact of the creative industries. The role also works with Creative Victoria's First Peoples team to support self-determined engagement and help embed First Peoples perspectives in the work of Creative Victoria.

The Team
The position of Evaluation Officer forms a part of the Policy and Delivery branch within Creative Victoria. The Policy and Delivery branch has 3 units, Agencies and Infrastructure, Creative Investment and Policy and Development.
The branch brings together Creative Victoria's programs and investment in support of artists, creative workers, creative organisations, businesses, and portfolio agencies, with our work to manage and deliver world-class creative infrastructure. The branch also leads on policy and coordination across government and industry, and the development of Victoria's creative industries strategy.
About You
To succeed, you'll demonstrate outcomes thinking, collaboration, co-creation, systems thinking, and strong data and digital literacy. Proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, CRM or case management systems, and knowledge of data governance and privacy standards are desirable.
