About the role
As the EUS Technical Support Team Leader, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering first and second level technical support to end users across the department. You’ll oversee incident resolution, guide technical specialists, manage vendor performance, and ensure service excellence across hardware, software and workflow support.
Success in this role relies on your ability to lead an operational support team, apply strong problem-solving and critical thinking, influence stakeholders, and build a culture of continuous improvement and customer service excellence.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong critical thinking, sound judgement, and the capability to lead a high-performing technical support team while delivering exceptional customer service. They will bring the ability to resolve complex issues, build trusted relationships with stakeholders and vendors, and embed continuous improvement across support processes.
