Environmental Officer
Position Number: 4202D

GWMWater is seeking an experienced and motivated Environmental Officer to provide specialist environmental advice that supports the delivery of capital works projects and workplace sustainability programs across the Corporation. The role is responsible for leading the implementation and ongoing maintenance of GWMWater's Environmental Management System (EMS), Sustainability Strategy and associated plans, ensuring environmental objectives are embedded across our operations.
Working closely with employees across all business areas, you will play a key role in driving environmental compliance, sustainability initiatives and cultural heritage management while providing expert advice to support project delivery and organisational decision-making. You will also oversee the collection and reporting of environmental information for internal and external stakeholders
