About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of environmental specialists and field staff to implement conservation programs, manage biodiversity assets, and support ecological resilience in alignment with Parks Victoria's Conservation Action Plans and broader strategic objectives.
Working collaboratively with internal teams, Traditional Owners, government agencies, and community stakeholders, the Environment Team Leader ensures the effective planning, delivery, and evaluation of environmental projects. This includes threatened species recovery, habitat restoration, pest plant and animal control, and fire ecology initiatives.
