An opportunity has arisen for experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurses with strong clinical assessment and care‑planning skills who are keen to expand their knowledge in medical and surgical nursing.
The Contracts: Ongoing, Part Time or Full-Time positions | 2.0 EFT available – please state your desired EFT in your application.
The Position:
In this role you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide patient centred, compassionate nursing care using the principals of evidence-based practice to improve care delivery. As part of a multifaceted clinical environment, you will be exposed to a broad range of patient presentations and clinical situations providing great opportunities to grow your skills.
About the Team:
Tambo ward contains 34 beds with a 4 bed higher acuity area. The unit provides care for a large spectrum of medical conditions and post-operative care for gynaecology, urology, gastroenterology and general surgery patients. The ward has facilities for cardiac monitoring via both mobile telemetry units and fixed monitors.
