An exciting opportunity has arisen for capable and highly professional Enrolled Nurses to join our Home-Based Nursing (HBS) team in an ongoing part-time role. This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your nursing skills providing high quality, client centred nursing care, out in the community.
The position: Ongoing, Part-Time 32.0 hours per fortnight
In this position you will pursue excellence in nursing care in accordance with Continuous Quality Improvement evidenced based principles and the BRHS vision and objectives, complying with policy and procedure. You will be an integral member of Home-Based Services by striving to meet the needs of the community, supporting colleagues and the aims of the organisation in a proactive manner. Key tasks of this role include maintenance of Medication and IV therapy endorsement and assist in the development of goal centred nursing care plans, encouraging client and family participation.
