About the role
As the Engagement Advisor, you will deliver and report on community engagement and supporting communications for Parks Victoria-led projects and program.
You will design and implement best-practice engagement strategies and plans to inform decision-making, support planning and project delivery, and celebrate key milestones. Your work will involve a wide range of activities including workshops, focus groups, open days, site tours and managing an online engagement presence via Engage Victoria. You'll also help deliver key communications, such as key messages, fact sheets, community updates and media releases.
This is a dynamic role working closely with project teams, regional staff, and key partners including Traditional Owners, councils, and community groups. The work will involve travel across Victoria and the opportunity to work independently to deliver meaningful, on-ground engagement.
