We are seeking a highly motivated Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to join our friendly team in Daylesford Aged Care in ongoing part time capacity, casual positions also available.
Daylesford Aged Care/Lumeah Lodge Hostel is a 30 bed Aged Care Facility situated within the township of Daylesford close to the town centre and co-located within the Daylesford Hospital.
We are an Aged Friendly Health service delivering age friendly health care for older people, their family and their carers with the aim to reduce harm and improve their quality of life.
Our Enrolled Nurses are integral members of the multidisciplinary team working to achieve a high standard of evidence-based care to ensure positive treatment outcomes. They undertake and contribute to the multidiscipliniary assessment treatment and discharge planning of residents and assumes accountability and responsibility for his/her own practice based upon his/her level of educational preparation and competence.
Details of Appointment:
Permanent part-time position working 48 hours per fortnight / Casual positions also available.
Salary:
Dependent on experience, as per award + superannuation

Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organisation that operates five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria in Australia, north and north-west of Melbourne. It was formed through the voluntary amalgamation of Hepburn Health Service and Kyneton District Health on the 30th November 2019. Each of our campuses retains the name of the township in which they are situated - Clunes Health, Creswick Health, Daylesford Health, Kyneton Health, and Trentham Health.
