Central Highlands Rural Health is currently accepting applications for Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to join the nursing team at Creswick Health in both Acute and Aged Care on a permanent part-time basis.
About the role:
Located just a 15-minute drive from Ballarat, our Creswick Campus sits on the edge of the Hepburn Shire, surrounded by beautiful bush and farmland. The facility features a newly renovated 30-bed residential care unit and a refurbished 10-bed sub-acute hospital. Our unique mixed ward environment primarily provides long term residential care, step-down, transitional, and palliative care services to members of the local community.
The Endorsed Enrolled Nurse is an integral member of the multidisciplinary team who works to achieve a high standard of evidence-based nursing care to the patients, residents and significant others for positive outcomes.
They undertake and contribute to the multidisciplinary assessment, treatment and discharge planning of patients and residents and assumes accountability and responsibility for their own practice based upon their level of educational preparation and competence. At Creswick it is important that you have a thorough understanding of the 4Ms framework and aim for best care, everytime for all patients and residents.
