About the Role:
The Parkville EMR Pathology Connect Principal Trainer is a full time, 80 hours per fortnight (including ADOs) Fixed Term Contract until 28/03/2027. This role is responsible for delivering the training program to pathology, nursing, and medical staff for the Laboratory Information System (LIS) solution. Principle Trainer will be part of the Epic EMR team with specific areas of responsibility assigned.
Principle Trainer will utilise their capabilities and experience to engage super users, trainers and end users for the trainign required for the LIS and be responsible for ensureing training is delivered within agreed scope, and ensuring end suers are supported during go live and hypercare.
Classification for this position will range from AO71 (Grade 7, Level 1) to AO75 (Grade 7, Level 5), base salary $114,436.40-$124,912.84 FTE per annum, plus superannuation, plus with the option to salary package.

About the Department:
Pathology Network West is an exciting transformation program spanning the four health services of the Parkville Precinct: The Royal Melbourne Hospital, The Royal Women’s Hospital, The Royal Children’s Hospital and Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre. This strategic program will amalgamate the pathology services within the Parkville Precinct forming a new public pathology entity that will provide world-class, research-led public pathology services. The Parkville Precinct has a strong history of collaboration with each health service taking responsibility for precinct-wide reforms. The Royal Melbourne Hospital is the lead site for the PNW Program, maintaining continued close relationships with the hospitals throughout the PNW Program.
