Job Title: EMR and Digital Innovation Analyst (Admin Officer Grade 7) - EMR and Digital Innovation

About the Role
The role is a Fixed Term Part Time position at 0.4 FTE to cover a period of Parental Leave for 12 months until 2nd January 2027. The Digital Innovation Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Digital initiatives at RCH including building improvements within the Epic EMR. You will be proficient in one EMR application, with a developing knowledge of other EMR applications. The work of the Innovation Analysts will be driven by the Digital Innovation plan, the EMR 'improvements' requests from end users, information gathered from departments and wards by the Digital Innovation Team and other sources.
You will collaborate with members of the Digital Innovation Team, RCH subject matter experts to design, build, test the improvements and assist to implement, with guidance from the Digital Innovation teams.
Classification for this position will range from AO71 - AO75 (FTE base salary $111,103.20 to $121,274.40 per annum, plus superannuation).
