About the Role
This is a Permanent position at 80 hours per fortnight within the People and Culture Division.
You will be responsible for providing contemporary advice, risk management strategies and industrially compliant guidance and support is provided to RCH. You will provide expert advice on Enterprise Agreement (EA) and regulatory frameworks related to entitlements, remuneration and policy development, while also developing and delivering guidelines and training for RCH Leaders.
Classification for this position will range from AO61 to AO64 (FTE base salary $110,479.20 - $110,895.20 per annum, plus superannuation).
