About the role
Due to our incumbent going on parental leave, we are seeking two part time (3 days per week) Employee Experience Change Leads to join the team to perform the role in a job share arrangement.
The roles will focus on leading the change and communications required to roll out strategic initiatives, enhancing our staff’s experience at LXRP.
The roles are responsible for a combination of change management project delivery, communication planning, content creation and co-ordinating brand and design work for each of the People and Culture projects and initiatives that the team takes ownership of.

At LXRP we embrace and encourage flexibility, we work in a hybrid capacity, so you will work a mix of office and home. Our team typically works Tuesdays and Wednesdays from the CBD office.
Both roles are 1-year fixed term positions, paying a salary of $113,022 - $136,747 (pro rata) plus superannuation.

You don’t shy away from a challenge, have impeccable time management skills and you’re agile and adaptable to an ever-changing landscape of works. You’ll need to be resilient and flexible in your approach and possess exception change management skills.
