About Human Resources Shared Services – Salary Packaging
Our HR Shared Services team is a trusted enablement function within the People & Culture Directorate. The Salary Packaging team provides in-house expertise to help employees maximise their benefits through tax-effective arrangements, ensuring compliance with ATO regulations and Victorian public sector guidelines.
About the role
As an Employee Benefits Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for staff seeking advice on salary packaging and related benefits. You’ll play a key role in onboarding employees, processing amendments, and supporting Continuing Medical Education (CME) reimbursements, while delivering exceptional customer service.
