About the role
South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking an Electronic Health Record Implementation Manager to lead the organisation-wide implementation of the Electronic Health Record (known as TrakCare Edition).
This role will manage a small multidisciplinary team to support the phased rollout of TrakCare as South West Healthcare's Electronic Health Record, including core clinical, electronic Medication Management, maternity, and other clinical and administrative modules. The role will drive strong end‑user adoption across services and play a key part in supporting staff before, during, and after go‑live to embed new ways of working and enhance patient care
What you bring
You will bring a relevant health qualification with experience in change and/or project management, ideally within a digital health or IT environment. You are an effective communicator and problem solver, able to engage stakeholders, work autonomously, and support the delivery of complex system implementations.
