About the Role
This is a great opportunity to provide hands-on administrative support in a fast-paced electorate office. Working closely with Kim O'Keeffe, Member for Shepparton, you will play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly, supporting constituent services, and assisting with day-to-day operations.
Based in the electorate office, you will be a first point of contact for the community and help ensure the effective coordination of office activities.
Under Section 30 of the Parliamentary Administration Act 2005, Electorate Officers Electorate Officers must not perform any party specific activities. Party specific activity means any activity for the dominant purpose of directing how a person should vote at an election, by promoting or opposing the election of any candidate at the election; or a registered political party; or an elected member.

Electorate Officer salaries are set out in the Electorate Officers (Victoria) Single Enterprise Agreement 2025.
Part time, Grade 2: $85,973 per annum (pro rata) plus 12% employer superannuation.

Successful candidates who do not currently hold a Working with Children Check will be required to obtain a check within 3 months of commencement of employment.
