The Opportunity:
At Holmesglen’s Centre for Energy and Infrastructure, we’re powering Australia’s future workforce through cutting-edge training in the Electricity Supply Industry (ESI) and major infrastructure projects like tunnelling. Now under refreshed leadership, our Civil, Safety and Industrial Skills department is driving innovation in civil construction, traffic management, and specialist safety training—covering everything from plant and equipment operations to high-risk licences such as confined space, working at heights, dogging, rigging, and crane operations. Designed with industry, our programs equip apprentices and trainees with the critical skills to keep infrastructure strong, safe, and future-ready.
The Education Manager leads Holmesglen’s ESI programs, including apprenticeships and VESI training, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and industry standards. The role oversees daily operations, program quality, and staff coordination, while building strong industry partnerships to keep training aligned with workforce needs.
