KSC 1 Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex language provision across multiple sites and a proven capacity to implement organisational priorities, drive improvement initiatives, and oversee operations across three large VSL centres.
KSC2 Demonstrated experience in managing staffing, timetabling, resources and administrative systems in a large and diverse organisation.
KSC3 Demonstrated high level ability to work with a variety of IT systems and capacity to support others in using information effectively to monitor meet the demands of VSL provision.
KSC4 Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with students, families, staff, community organisations and host schools.
KSC5 Ability to ensure compliance with regulatory, workforce and child safety requirements, including the management of employee documentation, payroll processes, and workplace policies.
This is a complex role involving the management of a large VSL area (South West), with around 1,800 students. It includes the management of a casual workforce of teacher and support staff in consultation with the Assistant Principal (Staffing). The successful applicant will work with a team of area managers to support the provision of languages in 39 centres across Victoria. It requires high level organisational and IT skills as well as strong communication with a large variety of staff, students and communities. Working days are from Tuesday to Saturday.
