The ECM\SharePoint Consultant plays a major role in leading the ongoing delivery and direction of the department's Enterprise Content Management System (ECM), SharePoint, MS Teams and DEECAS Collaboration tools. It provides frontline business engagement, stakeholder management at all levels, representation of business needs back into systems and collaboration tools, and consultation services for all levels of the organisation, gathering and interpreting requirements, managing the delivery and training of the systems and tools.
The consultant also provides technical support, administers the SharePoint platforms (ECM and DEECA Intranet), collaboration tools such as MS Teams, maintains existing SharePoint related automations and implements new process automation solutions (Power Automate). Ensures that Microsoft SharePoint and any integrated or related products/tools remain relevant and purposeful to the department through continuous improvement programs and by promoting and enabling SharePoint and information management best practice.
This role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to engage diverse audiences, and management of technology change and adoption.
The consultant will have strong technical skills and experience with Microsoft platforms, including SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams and Power Automate. Demonstrates good troubleshooting skills and deep understanding of the products' features and connectors. Able to use their own initiative and work within a team environment, be self-motivated and driven to achieve professional success in a technical consulting environment, and able to manage their workload and time according to set deadlines.

This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
