About the Role
Early Childhood Funding Advisor, 0.6 FTE Fixed term 30/6/2027
Join a collaborative high functioning branch in the Hume Merri-bek Area. The Early Childhood Funding Advisor is a program support role within the Early Childhood Improvement Branch that works closely with funded early childhood services and the broader regional staff.
The position will be required to:
• Work closely with sector providers to strengthen service delivery and support Best Start, Best Life reforms
• Coordinate and collect data for program areas and maintain accurate records for early childhood services
• Process funding and service agreement activities in accordance with the relevant program business rules and using a variety of business system
The role will suit an individual with strong communication, customer focus, planning, organisational and advanced computer skills. You will have the ability to learn and develop knowledge of the early childhood sector and work as part of an area-based team focused of delivering improved outcomes for children.
Our branch works across on a range of projects and reform areas to build the capabilities of early childhood providers in our area, the local government areas of Hume and Merri-bek.
