About the role
This is an opportunity to support young people aged 12–25 who are experiencing, or at risk of, alcohol and other drug issues.
You will deliver early intervention, assessment and therapeutic support that reduces harm and strengthens long‑term wellbeing.
Working within a small multidisciplinary team, you will partner with young people, families and community services to deliver responsive, developmentally appropriate care across community and health settings.
