The Opportunity
The Document Controller will support VicGrid's Offshore wind project team and play a pivotal role in driving effective information exchange between contractors, VicGrid and other third parties while maintaining and managing the administration of the project's information database. Key responsibilities of this role will include ensuring appropriate filing and archiving of project documentation, maintaining quality and consistency of information flow and version control of documentation, as well as managing the continuous improvement of existing information management systems and processes between project stakeholders.

What you will deliver
• You will provide guidance, support and development opportunities to ensure document control processes are handled in an efficient and timely manner
• You will establish and maintain files and folders inclusive of but not limited to engineering, project management, commercial and contracts, environmental and land planning, and stakeholder engagement in line with stream lead requirements
• You will manage the deployment, maintenance and decommissioning of VicGrid's information exchange systems (IES) for projects, including configuration, testing, training and quality assurance activities, whilst ensuring that document control standards and issued information meets the project quality and contractual requirements
• You will develop and maintain registers to ensure project documents and deliverables are met, reviewed and feedback provided in accordance with any contractual obligations
What you will bring
• Demonstrated experience or knowledge in deploying, maintaining and decommissioning an IES within a large construction project environment
• Previous experience in information exchange processes utilised in the construction or engineering environment
