About the role:
The Divisional Support Coordinator leads the provision of high-quality executive and business support services across the Corporate Services division.
The role ensures the effective coordination of divisional administration, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation for the executive director, as well as supporting workforce management, procurement, budget, and planning processes.
The position plays a key role in aligning divisional operations with Parks Victoria's governance and reporting frameworks, ensuring the division's activities are well-coordinated, efficient and compliant with organisational standards.

Parks Victoria is responsible for managing a diverse estate of more than 4 million hectares including 3,000 land and marine parks and reserves making up 18 per cent of Victoria's landmass, 75 per cent of Victoria's wetlands and 70 per cent of Victoria's coastline. Victoria's parks are home to more than 4,300 native plants and around 1,000 native animal species.
The Corporate Services Division leads the delivery of key enabling functions to support the place-based management and operations in parks, reserves, including designated local ports and waterways within Parks Victoria's diverse estate.
