About the Role:
This is a ongoing, full-time position within the Organisational Development Team. You will be responsible for functionally leading diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) at The RCH. You will provide both design and hands-on delivery of a range of strategic and operational initiatives that support this portfolio.
Internally, this position will be known and/or referred to as: Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Lead.
Classification for this position will be governed by Award 10 - Managers and Administrative Workers, and depending on experience will range from AO81 (Grade 8, Level 1) to AO85 (Grade 8, Level 5), plus Superannuation.

About the Department:
Organisational Development works across the RCH to help realise the potential of all RCH team members. In particular, we do this by working with leaders across all departments, so they can engage and develop their teams. Our work includes facilitating the following programs: Leadership Academy, People Matter Survey, PDAPs, Orientation, and Our Values and Compact sessions.
