The Opportunity:
The People Experience (PEX) department supports the Institute in achieving its strategic goals by strengthening workforce capability and capacity. PEX delivers a wide range of human resource services including strategic planning, workforce relations, talent acquisition, capability development, diversity and equity, health, safety and wellbeing, and employee engagement. The team is committed to delivering contemporary, professional, and high-quality human resource services that enhance the experience of our staff and the broader Institute community.
The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Coordinator plays a key role in advancing Holmesglen’s commitment to an inclusive and equitable environment for students and staff. The role coordinates programs and initiatives across four key areas - LGBTIQ+ inclusion (Pride), gender equality, First Nations engagement, and disability inclusion - working closely with the Manager, Diversity and Equity, key internal diversity stakeholders, and our diversity working groups to deliver impactful projects and events and foster a culture of inclusion across the Institute.
