About the Role
We are seeking someone with a customer service and/or administration background to join our team at the Seymour District office on a casual basis as a District Support Officer.
In this role, you will report to the District Business Manager and play a proactive and valued part in supporting operations while delivering high quality administrative and customer service support.
Working closely with district staff and volunteer members, your responsibilities will include delivering front line customer service, undertaking office reception duties, processing accounts and supporting stores and procurement activities. You will also be responsible for data entry and records management, supporting meetings and projects, managing emails and diaries and assisting with a range of administrative tasks as required.
About you
You are a motivated and enthusiastic administrator with customer service experience. Highly flexible and proactive, you bring excellent attention to detail, strong time management skills and confidence working independently with minimal supervision. Proficient in MS Office, you are comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Important to this role will be your ability and willingness to undertake stores duties as required.
