About the Role
Reporting to the District Business Manager, you will provide ‘front of house' administrative support to the district office, on a full-time basis. Working closely with our volunteer members and acting as a key team member of the district, you will coordinate day to day administration tasks. Your main duties will include frontline customer service, assisting with coordination of the storeroom, record keeping, data entry, minute taking at meetings and responding to face to face, phone and email queries with professionalism and prompt follow up.
About You
You will be motivated and enthusiastic with demonstrated administration experience, excellent attention to detail and time management skills. You will have experience interacting with people at all levels and be able to work with minimal supervision in a proactive manner. Important to this role will be your MS Office knowledge and your written and verbal communications skills. Experience working in the public sector and using SAP finance systems is advantageous.
Please note, some afterhours work is required for this role.
