The Role
Working within the award-winning Dispute Resolution Team at the Victorian Small Business Commission (VSBC), this unique role helps prevent and resolve disputes involving small businesses through Alternative Dispute Resolution.

The Team
The position of Dispute Resolution Officer forms a part of the Dispute Resolution Services branch within the Victorian Small Business Commission.
The VSBC is an independent statutory authority established in 2003 to enhance fairness and competitiveness for small businesses across Victoria. The VSBC provides low-cost, timely, dispute resolution and practical guidance on their rights and obligations. It resolves commercial disputes, including retail tenancy and late payment matters, and promotes fair dealing through advocacy, education and engagement with government and industry. The VSBC also advocates on behalf of small businesses and covers disputes in a range of areas.
