Director, Workplace Relations, Partnering & Inclusion
About the role
Reporting to the Assistant Commissioner, Our People, this role provides enterprise leadership of Victoria Police's workplace relations, HR business partnering and inclusion functions. You will lead the delivery of complex and high-impact human resource services, ensuring contemporary industrial and employee relations practices, strong governance, and inclusive organisational outcomes.
You will be accountable for the leadership and performance of workplace relations, delivering services across industrial relations, HR business partnering, executive employment and recruitment, classifications and reviews, workplace change, VPS misconduct and workplace behaviours.
As a member of Command, Victoria Police's senior leadership group, you will contribute to organisational strategy and provide whole-of-organisation leadership, aligning people strategies, workplace relations frameworks and inclusion initiatives with government priorities and organisational objectives.
