About the role
This is a Fixed Term Position (Executive contract up to 5 years)
This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the commercial and contract management of Melbourne’s MR5 tram contract and other key tram contracts. You will ensure the Franchisee (Yarra Trams) meets its performance, customer experience and financial obligations, while proactively managing risks and resolving issues. Working closely with senior leaders, Yarra Trams, and government stakeholders, you will provide clear, trusted advice to executives and Ministers. You will be a strong leader, and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture. Success in this role delivers strong contract outcomes, a collaborative team environment, and supports broader transport and government priorities.
