About the Senior Secondary Pathways Reform Division
The Director, Student Pathways is part of the Senior Secondary Pathways Reform Division in the Department of Education and Training. The Division is responsible for leading, and embedding, a generational reform agenda response to the 2020 Review into Vocational and Applied Learning Pathways in Senior Secondary Schooling. These reforms will collectively support all Victorian secondary students to experience a high-quality careers and pathways journey across secondary school, aligned to their strengths and interests and to finish schooling with the skills and capabilities they need for success in further education, training, work, and life. The Division reports to the Deputy Secretary, Strategy and Secondary School Reform and engages regularly with the Minister for Education and critical education, training, industry and community stakeholders. High performing candidates are sought to lead across a range of functions, including policy, design, strategy and implementation, technology solution development, data and analytics and strategic engagement and change.
