Resources Victoria is seeking an experienced and influential leader to join the Regulatory Operations Division as Director, Regulatory Outcomes and Performance.
This senior executive position provides strategic leadership for licence compliance, rehabilitation, technical performance, royalties and rents, and complex regulatory matters across Victoria's mining, quarrying and petroleum sectors. The Director plays a critical role in promoting consistent, transparent and risk-based regulation that supports responsible resource development while maintaining public confidence.
Leading a branch of technical and regulatory specialists, you will drive regulatory performance, strengthen rehabilitation outcomes, manage emerging risks and provide authoritative advice to government on complex and high-profile issues.

This is a fixed term position available for a period of up to 5 years. The work location for this position is 8 Nicholson Street, East Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
