About the team
The Quality and Patient Safety Department plays a critical role in ensuring Peter Mac delivers safe, high-quality care. The team works collaboratively across the organisation to implement clinical governance frameworks, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes.
About the role
As Director Quality and Patient Safety, you will lead the development and implementation of quality, safety and risk programs across Peter Mac. You will oversee accreditation processes, manage clinical risk frameworks, and provide strategic leadership to ensure compliance with NSQHS standards. This role requires strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including Safer Care Victoria and the Department of Health.
