About the role
This is a rare opportunity to lead ticketing operations at scale across Victoria’s public transport network. Reporting to the Executive Director, Public Transport Ticketing, you will oversee the operation and delivery of myki and contactless ticketing products, services and systems used by millions of passengers.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for contractual oversight, governance and operational performance in a complex, 24/7 outsourced delivery environment. With two ticketing systems operating in parallel during a major transition phase, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to provide stability for staff, negate disruption to the delivery of operational services, uphold system performance requirements and deliver on customer outcomes as set out in the Victorian fares terms and conditions.. Success in this role will directly shape the future of public transport ticketing in Victoria.

This role requires you to be based in Victoria.
