About the opportunity
WorkSafe Victoria is looking for a Director, Psychological Health to head the newly formed Psychological Health Division in Health and Safety.
Reporting to the Chief Health and Safety Officer, the Director will lead and oversee WorkSafe's response to psychological health regulation, ensuring expectations on compliance and enforcement are met. The role will be responsible for ensuring greater alignment between WorkSafe's resources in psychological health as well as providing strong leadership and oversight of WorkSafe's psychological health teams including Psychosocial Inspectorate, Psychological Health and Safety Specialists, and Programs teams to ensure clear alignment of work to WorkSafe's strategy.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of transformational, constructive and accountable leadership as well as be an excellent communicator, with interpersonal and consultative skills and the ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders to achieve a desired outcome. You will bring a comprehensive understanding of the legal, policy and operational environment (psychological health) and proven ability to deliver improvement initiatives supported by research and analysis.
