Are you a people-centred leader seeking a true growth opportunity?
We are looking for a Director to lead our people and capability function and help build an organisation where people are at the centre – not as an aspiration, but as how we operate every day.
Join VIDA Health in leading the people and capability branch where you will work across the workforce lifecycle to develop fit-for-purpose people and capability operations across the organisation, ensuring people have the tools and support they need to achieve their professional potential and personal goals.
About VIDA Health
VIDA Health (Victorian Health Building Authority) is responsible for the rollout of the Victorian Government's multi-billion-dollar health capital projects. We're delivering world-class health facilities across Victoria including new public hospitals and emergency care, community health services, ambulance branches, residential aged care and mental health facilities. VIDA Health also provides technical support across engineering, property, asset management and environmental sustainability disciplines.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced People and Capability professional to lead the branch to identify, design and deliver high-quality value-add services across the workforce lifecycle. The position will report to the CEO on all operational people and capability matters, including workplace relations and industrial matters.
The role will also work closely with the Executive Director, Organisational Design and Leadership to align with, and eventually be responsible for, the projects that come out of our internal transformation agenda. As frameworks, systems and ways of working transition into business as usual through 2027, the role will be accountable for embedding them, resourcing them and making sure they continue to evolve. Transformation programs end; the capability they build must endure.
This is a great opportunity for a leader who wants to grow with the role, influence organisational culture and leave a lasting impact on how VIDA Health enables and supports its people.
