Director, Operational Finance
About the Role
Reporting to the Executive Director, Financial Services, this role provides enterprise leadership of Victoria Police's operational finance services, ensuring financial stewardship, service excellence and strong governance that enables frontline delivery and organisational priorities. You will lead the modernisation of the operating model, drive standardisation, continuous improvement and uplift in data and analytics capability to improve decision making, integrity and performance.
Operational Finance comprises circa 110 employees. You will lead and be accountable for the following areas through six direct reports and an Executive Advisor:
As a member of Command, Victoria Police's senior leadership group, you will contribute to organisational strategy and provide whole of organisation leadership, aligning financial operations, governance and service delivery outcomes to government priorities and frontline needs.
