We are seeking an experienced Director Operational Capability to provide strategic leadership of clinical education, operational training, workforce learning, organisational capability and leadership development across Ambulance Victoria.
This is a significant leadership opportunity to shape how capability is developed across our workforce, ensuring our people are equipped with the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve organisational objectives.
This is a full-time, ongoing position within our Quality & Clinical Innovation Division. While hybrid arrangements are available, the successful applicant will be expected to maintain a presence at the Sunshine Capability Hub and other locations as required.
About the role
Reporting to the Executive Director Quality & Clinical Innovation, this role will lead the development and delivery of contemporary, sustainable and innovative capability solutions that support Ambulance Victoria's strategic priorities and workforce needs.
