About the team
This role sits within the Executive division and reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer. Working closely with senior executives, operational leaders, clinicians, finance, business intelligence and health information professionals, the team provides strategic analysis and decision support that enables Peter Mac to optimise operational performance, improve sustainability and strengthen its position within a complex healthcare funding environment.
About the role
This newly created senior leadership role provides executive-level strategic advice, analysis and decision support to optimise organisational performance in a complex operational and health funding environment. Leveraging internal and external data sources, you will translate complex activity, funding, revenue, casemix and cost information into practical insights and improvement opportunities that support Peter Mac's ongoing sustainability and strategic ambitions.
