Central Highlands Rural Health is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead clinical services at our Creswick campus, comprising a refurbished 10-bed acute ward and 30-bed residential aged care facility.
The DON provides leadership in clinical governance, sets clinical direction using evidence-based practice, and is accountable for financial performance, workforce capability, quality improvement, reporting, and strategy implementation.
The ideal candidate will have senior nursing leadership experience, strong clinical knowledge, understanding of the Aged Care Act and Safe Patient Care Act, sound business acumen, and a collaborative leadership style.
Details of Appointment: Ongoing - Full time at 80 hours per fortnight
Salary: RN65 Group 8B $72.37 per hour + Allowances, Salary Packaging & Superannuation
