The Department of Justice and Community Safety (the department) is seeking a Director Ministerial Services and Coordination to provide executive leadership for the Data, Performance and Governance portfolio.
About the Business Unit
The Corporate Strategy and Delivery Group is an enabling function delivering Finance, People, Safety and Culture, Strategic Communication, Infrastructure, Data, Performance and Governance, and Information Technology Solutions to support the Department. The group provides strategic and operational support, delivers essential corporate services, and leads continuous improvement and performance oversight of corporate functions.
The Ministerial Services team delivers services that support the ministers' responsibilities in relation to parliament, cabinet, Executive Council, as well as the Department Liaison Officer team. Ministerial Services also manages processes and undertakes projects in relation to judicial appointments and entitlements. This role is also required to consistently review current systems and processes as part of continuous improvement, in providing an efficient and effective ministerial service.
