Director – Interprofessional Learning
The Royal Children’s Hospital is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our Education Hub as Director – Interprofessional Learning. This senior role provides overall leadership for Digital Education, Simulation and Outreach teams, and plays a critical role in shaping and embedding a Learning Health System across RCH. Working closely with internal clinical leaders and external partners including the University of Melbourne, Department of Paediatrics, the Director will drive innovative, evidence-based interprofessional education that strengthens workforce capability and supports continuous improvement in paediatric care. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence education strategy at scale within a leading tertiary children’s hospital and the broader Melbourne Children’s Campus.
