What You'll Do
This is a pivotal senior leadership role, with broad enterprise influence. As Director IT, you will set the strategic direction for technology across RBGV and lead its practical delivery in a way that strengthens organisational performance over time. Working in close partnership with the Executive and senior leaders, you will ensure technology investment, capability and governance are aligned to organisational priorities and future needs. What You'll Bring
You're a contemporary technology leader who can combine strategic thinking with practical delivery. You know how to build trust with executives, uplift internal capability, manage risk and turn business needs into clear and achievable technology priorities. You will demonstrate:
Experience in public sector and/or complex stakeholder environments will be highly regarded. Familiarity with frameworks such as ITIL, ISO 27001, Essential Eight or PRINCE2 is desirable.
