About the Role
This is a fixed term SES 1 contract for up to five years.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the culture, capability and future workforce of one of Victoria's largest public sector organisations.
Reporting to the Executive Director, People, you will lead a team of specialists responsible for inclusion and diversity, leadership and management development, learning and development, organisational culture, talent and performance, and employment programs. You will drive enterprise-wide strategies and initiatives that strengthen organisational capability, foster inclusion, support career development and create a high-performing culture across the Department of Transport and Planning.
Success in this role will see you influencing executive leaders, driving cultural transformation, and delivering programs that improve workforce outcomes for thousands of employees across the department.
