THE ROLE
The Director, ICT and Business Intelligence provides strategic leadership of the Social Services Regulator's technology, data and business intelligence functions. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and as a key member of the divisional leadership team, the role is responsible for setting and delivering the ICT and business intelligence strategy, ensuring secure, reliable and fit-for-purpose systems, and enabling high-quality data and insights to support effective operational and regulatory decision-making.
The Director will foster strong partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders, forging robust partnerships with our vendors, Cenitex and DFFH corporate teams (procurement, IT and commercials) to deliver results.
