Reporting to the Executive Director, this role leads the Public Sector Governance, Public Sector Workforce and Institutions of Government teams to provide authoritative advice to the Premier, Secretary and broader public sector on matters relating to the operation of the Westminster system of government. This includes providing advice on public administration and appointments, workforce matters and the institutions of government, including the Office of the Governor, Parliament, the Victorian Public Sector Commission and the Office of the Chief Parliamentary Counsel.
