Director, Digital Operations
About the role
Reporting to the Director, Chief Information Officer and Assistant Commissioner, Continuous Improvement, Uplift and Technology, this role provides enterprise leadership of Victoria Police's digital operations, technology services and technology modernisation agenda. You will lead the delivery of critical technology services, major projects and strategic digital initiatives, ensuring technology solutions are secure, sustainable, scalable and aligned to organisational priorities.
You will be accountable for technology operations, service delivery, technology risk management, strategic technology partnerships and the delivery of complex digital transformation initiatives. This includes oversight of technology investment prioritisation, benefits realisation, outsourced technology service providers and critical technology platforms that support frontline policing and organisational operations.
As a member of Command, Victoria Police's senior leadership group, you will contribute to organisational strategy and provide whole-of-organisation leadership, ensuring technology services and investments enable operational excellence, innovation and improved outcomes for employees and the Victorian community.
