Triple Zero Victoria
Triple Zero Victoria provides the critical link between the Victorian community and the state’s emergency services agencies. In 2024-25, Triple Zero Victoria (TZV) answered 3.09 million calls for assistance. It provides Victoria’s 24-hour emergency call-taking and dispatch services for Ambulance Victoria (including non-emergency patient transport), Fire Rescue Victoria, the Country Fire Authority, Victoria Police and Victoria State Emergency Service.
Position Overview
You will establish and lead organisational change and readiness for TZV’s Next Gen CAD, $253 million transformation program, accountable for the change strategy, an integrated readiness framework, change impact assessment and adoption — working closely with People & Culture, Communications, the PMO and operational leaders. This role is about demonstrable operational readiness, not change activity for its own sake: mobilising leaders, surfacing resistance and material change risk early, and supporting a safe transition without compromising service continuity in a complex, high-consequence 24/7 environment, with a real understanding of the industrial context.
This is not simply a technology program. Success depends on integrating technical delivery with operations, workforce readiness and capability, change, and commercial and vendor performance, and ultimately transitioning into sustainable operational capability.
